There are 3 Levels in Google Analytics - Account, Property and View. In Simple terms, Account Level can be treated as a Company/Brand (example: Myntra). Property Level can be treated as different products of the Brand (Myntra Website & Myntra Mobile App) having different Tracking IDs.
