Hi Devansh,
Yes, there are some changes that has happened recently. 

To get the tracking id, Pls follow these steps:
1. Under GA admin, Create a new property
2. Under Property details, Put your property name (blog name)
3. Click on 'Show Advance Options"
4. Switch on "Create a Universal Analytics property"
5. Click Next
6. Pick an industry category , fill in the industry size (small)
7. Click on "create' and you will create an property id.
