Key Responsibilities:

1. Design knowledge – You will be responsible for delivering all sorts of design projects ranging from websites to brochures to social media posts so an astute knowledge of design is a must, not just software.
2. Attention to detail – There is no stupid question, if you are not sure why there is an extra space in the text, ask us so there is clarity on the intention of every detail.

Things you should know:

1. We focus on quality rather than quantity.
2. We’re a small team so each one takes on responsibilities, there is no place for bureaucracy here.
3. Commitment means everything to us, if you said you’ll do it, there are no excuses.
4. If you can’t resolve a task or are stuck somewhere, discuss and we’ll work together to get to the other side.
5. You have the flexibility to work from home as well as at our office in Greater Noida, however, trust has to be earned to get that flexibility.
6. You should have a fully and perfectly functional laptop, preferably a Mac, and wifi connection at home.
